When do you ship?

Packages are shipped Monday through Friday only, except holidays. All orders placed before 2pm, Monday through Friday ship the same day. All others ship the next day. Occasionally there can be a slight delay, no more than half a day, during peak gift season and extreme weather situations.

We do not ship weekends.

Do I need to be home when my popcorn arrives?

This is a judgment call. If you live in an apartment or area where packages are not secure, we suggest you use a work address or alternative address. We ship all orders without requiring a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, UPS will leave your order at the door without a signature. We strongly recommend that someone be present to accept delivery, as popcorn can be a tempting treat for someone to snag. Cravings Gourmet Popcorn cannot be responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order.

How are my orders shipped?

Cravings Gourmet Popcorn ships exclusively with UPS. Because our popcorn is perishable we package your popcorn with care.

Some smaller items are delivered via US Postal Service First Class Mail.

How can I keep my popcorn fresh?

Here are some recommendations to keep your popcorn fresh:

  • Avoid opening your popcorn until you are ready to eat it.

  • Exposure to adverse weather conditions such as high heat and humidity cause popcorn to lose freshness.

  • After popcorn has been opened, store it  in an air-tight container.

  • Never refrigerate, freeze, reheat or microwave the popcorn.

  • Our popcorn can stay fresh for up to four weeks.


What is your return policy?

We have a no questions asked return policy within 48 hours of confirmation of a customer receiving their order. 

How much popcorn do I need for a popcorn bar?

A typical person will consume about 2-4 cups of popcorn at a social function, more if alcohol is involved. We sell lots of Jumbo bags (5 gallons, 80 cups) for popcorn bars at weddings, guests love them. You get tons of popcorn and if you buy 3 or 4, you get a variety to eat alone or mix with other flavors. Jumbo bags start at $30 each. We generally have every flavor in stock, but it's always great to call ahead to reserve what you want.

Do you donate to charities or non-profits?

We receive donation requests almost every day. We simply cannot fulfill every request. This policy was created to ensure that our process is fair and donations go towards real and legitimate causes and organizations. We reserve the right to reject any request for any reason.

In order to be considered for a donation: An application must be completed at least four weeks prior to the event. Any application received in a shorter time period will automatically be rejected.  You can print an application [HERE]. Your organization or group must provide a written anti-discrimination policy to be included with your application.

What we donate:

  • We donate up to $20 in popped popcorn or related product
  • We may substitute vouchers for actual popped popcorn at our discretion
  • We offer a 20% discount for items above $20
  • We do not donate popcorn tins or non popped popcorn items
