Our goal is to get your popcorn order to you as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our number one goal. Our team will work to make sure your order gets to the destination timely and fresh.

Customer Service

We know the unexpected can happen. When it does, we are here to make it right. If you have issues with broken bags, not so fresh popcorn or missing bags, contact us immediately.

Shipping Details 

  • Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS
  • Most orders ship within 48 hours
  • We ONLY ship Monday - Friday
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Delays out of our control happen on occasion. We thank you for your patience and understanding. 
  • If you need an order by a specific date, give yourself some extra time. Do not wait until the last moment.

Express Shipping

In order to deliver the freshest popcorn, most orders are shipped two day express. Orders going to the Western United States will ship three day express shipping.

West and Mountain Three Day shipping: Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas

Alaska and Hawaii will ship best available

Extra Precautions

We take extra care to protect your popcorn. Each box has an moisture controlling desiccant packet to absorb excess humidity. Orders shipping longer distances will contain extra packing materials to absorb box damage and assist in keeping popcorn cool.

    Special Orders

    Special orders and custom orders are subject to a shipping rate different from the standard rates of typical online orders. Special order rates are calculated based on location, weight, the number of boxes and box dimensions.

    Stolen Orders

    Cravings Gourmet Popcorn is not responsible for stolen packages. We will not refund or replace stolen orders. We verify order delivery by tracking number provided by the carrier. 

    Wrong Addresses

    The customer is solely responsible for incorrect addresses. Please contact the carrier if your package requires redirecting.

    Returns

    Customer pays for returned product. Refunds do not include shipping.
