As a matter of fact, each order contains about a half pound of premium pecans. Utilizing only the best ingredients, including Premium “Grade A” Pecans, Pure Vanilla Extract, and Real Butter, our dedication to quality and taste makes our pecan brittle stand out from the rest. We make every single batch pecan brittle by hand, making only small batches at a time to ensure quality, texture and taste. We then break each batch by hand and then hand pack each order.
